Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation fee if STAR offices are notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
- STAR reserve the right to charge for missed appointments where prior notice has not been given
- STAR reserve the right to charge for travel and waiting time for non-attended appointments outside of STAR offices
